Primary Responsibilities:

  • Implement and enforce safety regulations and procedures to ensure the highest level of safety is achieved for all operations at the airport.
  • Develop and maintain effective emergency response plans, ensuring that all personnel are trained and prepared to handle emergency situations efficiently.
  • Monitor and analyze on-time performance metrics, identifying areas of improvement and implementing strategies to enhance overall punctuality.
  • Work closely with airline partners, ground handler agencies, and other stakeholders to streamline operational processes and minimize delays.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a highly skilled and motivated team of aviation professionals.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify training needs to ensure continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of IATA regulations, SGHA (Standard Ground Handling Agreement), and an SLA-KPI Management program for performance reviews.


Basic Qualifications

  • Must have a bachelor's degree in aviation management, Business Administration or any related field. 
  • Must have proven background in aviation operations which includes: passenger handling, ramp, and cargo operations with a minimum of five (5) years of experience.
  • Must have more than two (2) years of experience in a leadership or management role. 
  • Must have a comprehensive knowledge of aviation safety and security regulations including IATA standards and local/international aviation security protocols. 
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have familiarity with the Japanese language and culture
